The platform runs two pricing models. Its free plan charges no platform fee and is funded by optional donor tips at checkout, so an organization never pays a platform fee even when no one tips; an alternative Flex plan applies a platform fee that varies by campaign type in exchange for keeping more donor-tip revenue. On top of either model, payment processors charge roughly 1.9-2.9% plus a fixed per-transaction fee, and there are no contracts, setup fees or minimum fees.
A distinctive strength is RallyUp's handling of game-based fundraising: it provides prewritten rules and a compliance review for raffles and sweepstakes, the latter structured with a free entry method so they can run in jurisdictions that restrict raffles.
