Givingplatforms.com is operated by WhyDonate B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands, which acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this site under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

Givingplatforms is an editorial site and does not require an account to read it. We process only limited data:

• Technical/server data — such as IP address, user agent, and request logs, processed to deliver and secure the site.
• Privacy-preserving analytics — aggregate usage metrics to understand which content is useful. We aim to use analytics that do not build advertising profiles.

We do not collect donor or payment data on this site — donations happen on the third-party platforms we review, under their own privacy policies.
