The platform is operated by Raisely Pty Ltd and is now part of Velora, an integrated nonprofit-software suite that also includes Aplos and Keela; it is governed by Australian law. Raisely's core product is funded by optional donor tips rather than a subscription, with an optional paid plan as an alternative, while card and PayPal payments are handled and charged by Stripe and PayPal directly.
