The trade-off is that exact fee tiers are not published on its public pages, so charities must request specifics, and the bring-your-own-Stripe model means each organisation manages its own payment relationship. For Australian and New Zealand charities running event-based campaigns these conditions are routine; smaller organisations wanting all-in published pricing may find them less convenient.
